Every engagement
follows the same
arc.
Cross-border expansion isn’t a single decision — it’s a sequence. Market entry creates operational requirements. Operations create financial complexity. Financial complexity requires structure and ongoing oversight. We work with clients across all of these stages, and we plan for the full arc from the very beginning.
We begin with a structured review of the U.S. market as it relates to your specific product or service. We identify realistic demand segments, analyze comparable competitors, and clarify where your offering can gain traction.
The output is a clear, actionable entry plan — not a general market overview. We define which channels to pursue first, what positioning makes sense, and what the first 90 days of execution should look like.
- Demand segment identification and sizing
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Positioning and differentiation approach
- Sales channel evaluation — direct, distributor, platform, or partner
- Initial go-to-market sequencing
Once entry direction is confirmed, we coordinate the operational groundwork. Entity structure, banking, payment flows, vendors — each of these decisions has downstream consequences, particularly for how finances are tracked and reported once transactions begin.
We set up this infrastructure with the later stages in mind. The choices made here determine how clearly you can see what the business is actually doing six months from now.
- Entity formation guidance — LLC, C-Corp, or other structure
- U.S. business banking setup
- Payment collection and cross-border transfer flows
- Vendor identification, vetting, and initial contracts
- Logistics and fulfillment coordination
- Compliance and registration requirements
As transactions begin and volume increases, the business starts generating financial data that needs to be captured and structured. This is where Phase 03 becomes necessary — not optional.
Once transactions are flowing, the business generates financial data that needs to be captured, organized, and used. Without clear structure: cost overruns go unnoticed, margins are assumed rather than known, and cash timing becomes unpredictable.
We establish the ongoing financial framework — cost tracking, margin analysis, cash flow monitoring, and structured reporting. This work is continuous: as operations scale, the reporting structure scales with it. Over time, this phase naturally requires dedicated accounting support, whether internal or through a specialist. We plan for that transition from the beginning.
- Cost tracking across suppliers, freight, duties, platform fees, and operating expenses
- Margin analysis by product line or sales channel
- Cash flow monitoring on a rolling basis
- Financial reporting for operational decision-making
- Accounting workflow setup and handoff planning
- Ongoing review as transaction volume grows
With operational and financial systems in place, it becomes possible to make decisions based on actual data rather than estimates. We use the tracking and reporting built in Phase 03 to identify where the business performs well and where it doesn’t.
This phase is about refinement and expansion — finding the highest-leverage opportunities and planning the next stage of growth with real numbers to work from.
- Margin and performance analysis by channel or product
- Cost structure review and optimization
- Vendor renegotiation where warranted
- Expansion planning — new markets, product lines, or larger footprint
- Ongoing advisory as the business matures
Consistent across
every engagement.
You don’t have to
start at Phase 01.
Most clients come to us mid-process. If your business is already operating in the U.S. but lacks financial visibility, we can begin at Phase 03. If you have operations in place but no clear market strategy, we can revisit Phase 01.
We scope each engagement based on where you actually are — not where a template says you should be.
