Services structured
around how businesses
actually grow.
We don’t offer a menu of disconnected services. Every engagement follows the natural arc of cross-border expansion — from initial entry through the financial infrastructure needed to scale sustainably.
A phase-based model
Each phase builds directly on the last. The work done in Phase 01 shapes what’s needed in Phase 02 — and the operational setup in Phase 02 creates the financial complexity that Phase 03 is designed to manage.
We begin with a structured review of the U.S. market as it relates to your specific product or service. The goal is a clear, actionable entry plan — not a general market overview.
- Demand segment identification and sizing
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Positioning and differentiation approach
- Sales channel evaluation — direct, distributor, platform, or partner
- Initial go-to-market sequencing
Once entry direction is confirmed, we coordinate the operational groundwork. Each decision here has downstream consequences — particularly for how finances are tracked and reported as transactions begin.
- Entity formation guidance — LLC, C-Corp, or other structure
- U.S. business banking setup
- Payment collection and cross-border transfer flows
- Vendor identification, vetting, and initial contracts
- Logistics and fulfillment coordination
- Compliance and registration requirements
Once transactions are flowing, the business generates financial data that needs to be captured, organized, and used. Without clear structure, cost overruns go unnoticed, margins are assumed rather than known, and cash timing becomes unpredictable. This phase establishes the ongoing financial framework — and as operations scale, it naturally requires dedicated accounting support.
- Cost tracking across suppliers, freight, duties, platform fees, and operating expenses
- Margin analysis by product line or sales channel
- Cash flow monitoring on a rolling basis
- Basic financial reporting for operational decision-making
- Accounting workflow setup and handoff planning
- Ongoing review as transaction volume grows
With operational and financial systems in place, it becomes possible to make decisions based on actual data. We use the tracking and reporting built in Phase 03 to identify where the business performs well and where it doesn’t.
- Margin and performance analysis by channel or product
- Cost structure review and optimization
- Vendor renegotiation where warranted
- Expansion planning — new markets, product lines, or operational footprint
- Ongoing advisory as the business matures
A note on engagement structure: Clients don’t need to enter at Phase 01. If your business is already operating in the U.S. but lacks financial visibility, we can begin at Phase 03. We scope each engagement based on where you actually are, not where a template says you should be.
